Snipper has introduced their new mini-tub compatible fuel tanks in order to expand their impressive line of bolt-in fuel systems. These tanks feature notched corners for additional tire clearance and utilize a 255 lph fuel pump. It is also capable of supporting up to 550 horsepower in EFI applications. These are complete bolt-in solutions with a built in sending unit, internal baffling and ¼” supply and return ports.
The fuel tanks fitting in the 1970-73 Camaro are coated galvanized steel and powder coated silver for protection against corrosion. 255 lph fuel pump with hanger assembly provides enough fuel with in-tank quietness. Sender has ¼” NPT Supply and Return line ports for easy fuel line connection and a barbed vent fitting.
The tanks compatible for the 1968-69 Chevelle, 1970-72 Chevelle, and 1970 Monte Carlo are recessed in the tank to provide an easy installation with no modification in the car. The EFI style tank baffling includes a large 4.3 liter internal fuel tray that prevents fuel pump starvation. It fits well and has a look of an OE tank. The notched tanks are extremely great for larger tire clearance and rear suspension.
Each tank is a direct fit for the cars and there is no modifications needed. The kit includes the tank, fuel pump, internal baffling, a fuel level sender, and the filler neck.
