BRP acquires Telwater, the Australian leader in Aluminum Boats

BRP completed the previously-announced acquisition of 80% of the outstanding shares of Telwater Pty, Ltd (“Telwater”), Australia’s leading manufacturer of aluminum boats and trailers.
BRP is a global leader in the world of powersports vehicles, propulsion systems and boats built on over 75 years of ingenuity and intensive consumer focus. This is the third acquisition of BRP and it is not only beneficial for the company but also for the whole marine industry.
