Horve Projects is constructing a new assisted living facility named Heritage Woods of Newburgh. It is going to be a 3-story senior living facility in Newburgh, Indiana. This project will include 120 private one-bedroom and studio units in a 99,534 square feet building. There will be various amenities such as beauty or a barber shop, gazebo, computer center, laundry facilities, exercise room, dining room, nurse’s station, kitchen and others with the facility of the residents.
The buildings may also have offices, programming spaces, and a built-in trail. This new assisted living facility will be serving all income types for the senior community, including those who use Medicaid.
“We want Warrick County to be a fantastic place for everyone to live. So whether we are personally getting older, our parents are getting older, this kind of facility, this kind of development, is really important for our community,” said Steve Roelle of Success Warrick County.
The construction of the assisted living facility is estimated to get completed by the Spring 2020.
